We want you to feel the perfect fit with EverstrideTM; if your wide compression socks aren't providing the relief and comfort you expected, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn socks in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached to maintain hygiene standards.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
